Unhappy customer

Ordered the costume on December 3, paid extra shipping to ensure it would arrive in time for a party on December 15. Still no costume! Not cool , I’d be surprised if I would be willing to use your company again or recommend you based on this experience

Never received my order

The tracking number shows that my order was delivered to some place in Minnesota. I live in Alaska and had the address correctly labeled on the order. It is not en route, but “delivered” to the wrong address. It has been almost two weeks since I placed my order. I had planned on using this for a specific Christmas party, but now I need to figure out another option. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

The coat is really tight around the arms

The suit looks great, but the coat is really tight around the arms. Length wise, it is the right size, but very tight in the shoulders. I wish I could get a larger coat.

Great quality

I purchased this elf costume for a Christmas Parade. I received tons of compliments from friends and strangers alike. The quality of the coat is great, the hat and belt is just ok, the hat was pretty small.

Elf Costume

Seriously great costume. Got tons of complements and people asking for pictures. One negative - if the wearer is tall (over 6'), the tights will be a bit short. That being said, I would 100% purchase this again, it's a great costume!! Definitely GET THE SHOES!! The elf shoes also sold on this website are excellent.
