Please verify your shipping address at the time of purchase. If the wrong address is entered at checkout, TvStoreOnline.com will do everything we can to fix this mistake up until the time the order is fulfilled. After the order is fulfilled, we have limited options to remedy this error.
Shipping
- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- Items shown on the product pages will ship within 24-48 hours, unless special shipping is requested.
- All Orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx

Returns & Exchanges Instructions
Some items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items can include: Customized items, underwear, bikini's and swimwear, wigs, gaiters, facemasks, temporary tattoo's, bandanas and vampire fangs. If you have any questions about the return policy of an item, please contact customer service before you purchase.

Chargebacks: If you have an issue with your order and/or order delivery, please contact us for resolution before filing a chargeback with your financial institution. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve your concerns prior. We take pride in the quality and satisfaction of your order. If you do file a chargeback and it is resolved in our favor, you will be charged a $15 processing fee along with order total by Shopify (a Shopify regulation). IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR YOU BELIEVE IT TO BE DEFECTIVE
Please save the original packaging and damaged goods and contact us at 1-248-888-7510 or you can email us at support@tvstoreonline.com.
We accept returns* postmarked within 45 days from the date your package fulfilled from us.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, not dried in the dryer and in new condition.
- Briefs and Underwear items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Items that smell strongly of smoke, are covered in pet/human hair or have the size/tag cut or torn out are not returnable under any circumstance.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to us. We do not refund shipping fees.
RETURNS PROCESSSING FEE
Returns are assessed a processing fee. This fee includes the cost of the return shipping label and restocking.
Domestic returns: $6 processing fee
International returns: $20 processing fee

- Choose your item(s)
- Choose if you want refund, exchange or store credit

Facebook and Instagram Orders
All online orders from Facebook and Instagram are obligated to follow the returns and exchanges policies set forth on this page. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping charges unless notified otherwise by TVStoreOnline.com. Only the cost of the merchandise is refunded.
