Received my order and the wrong size was shipped. Emailed customer service and 6 days later still haven’t gotten a response after 3 emails. It was awesome having to buy a second costume because of incompetence and utterly nonexistent customer service.
We were super surprised to see the quality of this costume! Durable material, double stitched and fits to size. Even the hat was good quality! Couldn't be happier with it.
I have never bought a costume before (like to make my own) but am very pleased with my Waldo costume. Would have preferred a cotton or blend shirt but it was great to have something that fits my large body. I added a cane and backpack to round out the costume. The grandkids loved it!
